I had the chance to tour Tuscany in May 2023, with Marco Grassi and Jessica Lancia. These folks had scouted amazing locations for the group. And Marco's brother, a celebrated chef, made sure to keep us well fed (and the food was soooo good). Here are a few samples from the workshop.
